CENTRAL CITY – Patsy Lou Stewart, 75, of Central City, died on Friday, February 27, 2026 at 7:45AM at her residence. Ms. Stewart was born November 26, 1950 in Muhlenberg County. She was a Homemaker who loved cooking and taking care of her family. She also enjoyed watching the hummingbirds outside of her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Ray Stewart; brothers, Jimmy McElvain, Roger Dale McElvain, and Freddy McElvain; and grandsons, Patrick Baxter, and Logan Stewart.
She is survived by her children, Charles Stewart, John Stewart, Scotty Stewart, and Tammy Butterworth; sisters, Connie (Terry) Arnold, Janie Thomas, Becky McElvain, and Brenda (William) Mayes; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
