MADISONVILLE – Patricia Sue Duncan, 70, of Madisonville, died Friday, December 20, 2024, at 11:55 a.m. at Hillside Nursing and Rehab Center in Madisonville. Born October 31, 1954, in Evansville, Ind. She was a retired clerk with Peabody Coal Co., and a member of First Baptist Church in Madisonville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Bobbye Oates; and siblings, Donna Erwin and Libby Young.
urvivors include her children, Heath Duncan and Heather Beliles; six, grandchildren; siblings, Becky Smith, Mike Oates, and Jo Ann Peterson; and several nieces and nephews.
