CENTRAL CITY – Nolan Chase Rafiner, 7 months, of Central City, died Sunday, October 22, 2023, at his home. Born March 10, 2023, in Cincinnati, Ohio, he enjoyed sticking his tongue out, cookie monster, chewing his fingers, playing with family, and kicking his feet.
He is survived by his father, Cody D. Rafiner; mother, Tessa M. Horn; sisters, Ryleigh, Charlie, Paityn, and Aliyah; and brother, Zayne.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. J.W. Haire officiating. Burial in Gish Cemetery.
