GREENVILLE – Nick McIntosh, 45, formerly of Greenville, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at his residence in Cincinnati, Ohio. Born on September 8, 1979 to his parents, Steve and Joyce McIntosh in Greenville. He was a Diabetes Educator at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, a member of Roland Memorial Baptist Church, and a Free Mason at Milford Mason Lodge #54 in Cincinnati. He loved to spend time with family and friends and was an avid UK basketball fan. He also enjoyed drawing and painting, and was a comic book and baseball card collector. He was preceded in death by his father, Steve McIntosh; and grandparents, Charles and June DeArmond, and James McIntosh.
Survivors include his wife, Lillith, and stepson, Ayden of Cincinnati; mother, Joyce McIntosh; brothers, Jonathan (Karen) McIntosh, and Matthew McIntosh (Fiancé Rachel); fivee nieces and nephews, Hadley, Alivia, Audrey, Jacob, and Adaline, that he adored and loved very much; he is also survived by his grandmother, Helen McIntosh; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
