SACRAMENTO – Murtry Montgomery “Monty” Igleheart, 62, of Sacramento, died Sunday, July 6, 2025, at 6:31 p.m. at Riverside Care and Rehab in Calhoun. Born January 28, 1963, in Columbus, Ga.. He was a mechanic and heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, racing stock cars, and boating. He was preceded in death by his father, Murtry Moore Igleheart, Jr.
Survivors include his son, Chasen Igleheart; daughter, Kinsley Igleheart; mother, Helen Ann Igleheart; and brother, Mark (Tracy) Igleheart.
Funeral services will be Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Tucker Memorial Chapel in Sacramento, with Todd Devine officiating. Burial in Station Baptist Cemetery in Sacramento.
