Morrine Elnora Hardman Cox

GREENVILLE – Morrine Elnora Hardman Cox, 68, of Greenville, died Friday, December 5, 2025 in Greenville.

Memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 13, 2025 at New Paradise Baptist Church in Greenville, with Pastor Dustin Laster and Pastor Tim Adcock officiating. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Crofton is assisting with the arrangements.

A native of Orofino, Idaho, Born May 12, 1957 the daughter of the late Morris Eldon Hardman and Patricia Elnora Simmons Mitchell. She enjoyed gardening and being outdoors. She enjoyed reading and serving the Lord.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son: Christopher Schuman; and her siblings: Jon Michael Hardman, Judith Marie Massey and Virginia Marie Hardman Grimes; and her grandson: Zechariah Schuman. 

Survivors include her husband: Pat Cox of Greenville, KY; and her son: Shannon (Samantha Jo) Cox of Lecentre, KY; and her daughters: Melanie (Donnie) Sanders of Jackson, MO, Melinda Corriette of Lexington, KY and Rachel (Carl) Embry of Greenville, KY;  and her mom: Marjorie Hardman; and her siblings: Mitch (Carol) Mitchell of Nampa, ID, Darlene (Bart) Foley, Esther Cervantes both of Drakesboro, KY, Janice (Jeff) Kehler of Los Lunas, NM and Joy Cobb of Miami Beach,  FL; and her grandchildren: Alexis Corriette, Trinity Corriette, Davina Corriette, Israel Corriette,  Malakhi Marshall, Madison Embry, Ashley (Chris) Palmer, Elijah Cox and Jaden Cox; and her great-grandchildren: Haisley Marshall, Niomi Campbell, Raylee Palmer and Cohen Palmer.
