GREENVILLE – Michael Van Sigers Sr., 75, of Greenville, died Monday, May 27, 2024 at 7:28 a.m. at his residence. Born September 14, 1948 in Central City. He was a retired welder/fabricator for Brewco and a member of Powderly Holiness Church. He loved to hunt, fish, spend time in the woods, and was very active in his church. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecah Joice Sigers; parents, Woodrow and Edith Sigers; sister, Anna Jean Dodd; granddaughter, Ashley Sigers; and great-granddaughter, Ellie Sigers.
Survivors include his sons, Mikie Sigers, Timothy Sigers, and Shawn Sigers; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brothers, Wendell Sigers, Kenny Sigers, Joe Sigers, Billy Sigers, and Steve Sigers.
Funeral services will be Friday, May 31, 2024 at 11 a,m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Ryan Morris officiating. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
