BEECH CREEK – Michael E. Thompson, 58, of Beech Creek, died Sunday, August 18, 2024 at 9:08P p.m.at his residence. Born February 2, 1966 in Chicago. He worked as a Custodian for J& L Chemical and was a member of Belton Beechmont General Baptist Church. He loved to serve His Lord and spend time in worship with friends. His favorite pastime was the peace and serenity he found while fishing. He enjoyed any time spent with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Donna Thompson; and brother-in-law, Steven Harris.
Survivors include his sisters, Paulene Hagy, Patricia Minor, Marsha Lewis, Brenda Bruce, Sherry Wynn, Teresa Minor-Duzenback, Phillis Harris, and Stephanie Capoccia; brother, Jaun Roman; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Friday, August 23, 2024 at 12 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Bobby Allen officiating. Burial in Coleman Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 10 a.m. -12 p.m. at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
