GREENVILLE – Matthew Douglas Settle, 37, of Greenville, died Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 8:21 p.m. at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Born March 4, 1986, in Greenville he was a truck driver for Southern Wine and Spirits in Louisville. He was preceded in death by his father, Timothy Settle.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa McElvain Settle; sons, Andrew Settle and Dakota Jones; mother, Carolyn Settle; three grandchildren; sisters, Melissa Carterwood and Amy Carver; and several nieces and nephews.
