Mary Agnes Reed, 87, of Central City, Kentucky went to her heavenly home on Monday, October 5, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family. Born April 24, 1933 in Central City, Kentucky to the late Thomas A. Nickels and Lola Jarvis Nickels. She was a homemaker and member of Christ of Calvary Church in Central City. Aside from her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Frankie Reed; son, Harry Reed and several siblings
Survivors include her daughter, Georgina Sailing of Central City; three grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and a nephew.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 17, 2020 at at 5:00 p.m. to honor both Mrs. Reed and her late husband. The service will be at Christ of Calvary Church, 114 Comanche Lane, Central City, KY 42330 with Rev. Mike DeArmond officiating. William L. Danks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
