Marcia Evelyn McIntosh

Marcia Evelyn McIntosh, 88, of Greenville, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.  Born June 7, 1933, in Todd County, the daughter of the late Leo and Lena Edwards.  She was a retired teacher, having taught for over 30 years at Longest Elementary School in Powderly.  She was a graduate of Western Kentucky University and a long-time member of the Greenville Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband of 64 years Euvia McIntosh of Greenville; sons, Larry McIntosh of Greenville and Jerry (Cindy) McIntosh of Mayfield; sister, Geraldine Vinson of Lewisburg; grandchildren, Ashley McIntosh of Nashville and Katie Beth (Kane) McCord of Mayfield; step-grandchildren, Sarah Rhoades of Clarksville and Tori Davenport of Sacramento.

Funeral services will Friday, April 15 at 1:00 p.m. at Gary’s Funeral Home in Greenville with Mr. Byron Groves and Mr. Jerry McIntosh officiating.  Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Powderly. Visitation will be Friday, April 15 from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
