VANDALIA OHIO- Lois Robertson, 92, passed away January 12, 2021, at Hospice of Dayton. Born February 26,1928 to Estel and Mary Pierson in Jasonville, Indiana. She was preceded in death by sister, Lera Gorschman. Lois was married to Glenn Robertson, famous African Wildlife Artist (deceased). Lois and Glenn lived in Kentucky until Glenn’s death in 2000. She moved to Vandalia at that time to be closer to her family. One of Lois’s favorite things to do in her later years was to watch the Golden Girls on Sundays.
Survivors include sons, Steven Dunn and Gary (Shari) Dunn; sisters, Linda Illich and Janice Weikert; brother, Ron (Judy) Human; grandchildren, Stacy (David) Thompson, Matthew (Amanda) Dunn, Alissia Heary and Bryan (Courtney) Dunn; eight great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Services will be held at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home in Vandalia on Wednesday, January 20th at 2:00 p.m. with a viewing at 1:00 p.m. with family burial to be held at Dunmor Cemetery in Dunmor, Ky.
