GREENVILLE – Lois Ann Baize, 78, of Greenville, died Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 7:02 p.m. at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville. Born January 5, 1945, in Muhlenberg County, she was a private housekeeper for several families in the Greenville area, and was a member of Trinity Pentecostal Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Clemon Dukes, Sr.; mother, Ola Dukes; sons, Gary Dale Baize and Stephen Baize; grandson, Jacob Baize; sisters, Edith Brown and Barbara Jewell Woods; and brother, Clemon Dukes, Jr.
Survivors include her sons, Greg Baize, Scott Baize, and Toby Baize; fifteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and brother, Freddie Dukes.
Funeral services will be Friday, October 13, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. E.W. Greenwalt officiating. Burial will follow in Old Bethel Cemetery.
