BREMEN – Linda Joyce Neal, 85, of Bremen, died Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 6:14 p.m. at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro. Born June 17, 1937 in Muhlenberg County, she was a homemaker and attended Shaver’s Chapel. She enjoyed being at home, reading, and cooking for her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Penny Neal; grandson, Eric Lance Vanover; parents, Tommy and Mary Vanover; sisters, Dorothy Stroud, Jessie Johnson, Gertie Conway, and Edna McCoy and brothers, Tommy Vanover, Jr., and Carlos Vanover.
Survivors include her son, Jeff (Lisa) Vanover; granddaughter, Larissa (Andy) Cooper, and great-granddaughter, Kylie Cooper.
Funeral services will be Saturday, September 3, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. J.W. Haire officiating. Burial will follow in Gish Cemetery.
