Larry Thomas Wines, 70, of Greenville, passed away Friday, November 3, 2023 at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital following a brief illness. He was a long-time resident in Graham and a member of East Union Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Rust Wines, and his son, Thomas Brandon Wines.
Survivors include his mother Barbara Evitts Wines of Greenville; one brother David Wines of Greenville; one daughter Misty Sampson of Greenville; two sons David Bartos of Lakeland, Fla. and Dexter Pitts of Beaver Dam; eight grandchildren.
There was no visitation per his request. Bro. Joe Chambers officiated a private graveside service. Burial was at Graham Hill Cemetery in Graham. Gary’s Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
