BREMEN – Larry Louis Lee, 80, of Bremen, passed away Monday morning, November 7, 2023, at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville. Born June 2, 1943, in Muhlenberg County, Larry (Dozer) served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. He retired from TVA as a scrubber/operator in 2008 and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Nell Rice Lee; brothers, Kenny, Harold, and David Lee; sisters Ann, Shirley, Judy Kay and Darlene; and a daughter, Kristy Lee.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years Linda Stirsman Lee; two sons Barry (Stacy) Lee of Canton, Ga. and Randall (Heather) Logsdon of Beaver Dam; three daughters Regina Lee of Morgantown, Amy (Billy) Henderson of Morgantown, and Gretchen (Robby) Davis of Bremen; 23 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren who dearly loved their “Papaw Lee”.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Pastor T.J. Milam officiating. Burial will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery in Bremen.
