CENTRAL CITY – Kitty Fay Rolley, 55, of Central City, died Thursday, December 23, 2021, at her residence. Born July 15, 1966, in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Clois Carroll; brother, Terry Carroll and sister, Tammy Willoughby.
Survivors include her sons, Mark Rolley and Justin Rolley; daughter Tanika Garrett; three grandchildren; brothers Rickey Carroll, Harvey Duncan, and Timmy Carroll, and sister Lily Carroll.
