Dallas, Texas – Kimberly Kaye Scott, 55 of Longview Texas passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2021 in Dallas. Born July 6, 1966 in Detroit, Mich. she was a homemaker. She was a member of Dexter Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother Eva Woods; grandparents, O.J. and Mildred Grogan; nephew, Jamie Moreno; uncle, Charles Grogan and aunts, Gayle Grogan and Shirley Swift.
Survivors include her husband, John Scott, of Longview, Texas; son, William Scott of Longview, Texas; daughter Shanna Scott, of Ocala, Fla.; step-daughter, Amanda Dickinson of Metropolis, Ill.; one granddaughter and one step-grandson; sisters, Margaret Clave of Sterling Heights, Mich., Mildred Woods of Longview, Texas and Suequitta Bryan of Beech Creek; brother, Billy Woods of Longview, Texas; an aunt; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be no services, a memorial will be held at a later date.
