LOWELL, IN – Kenneth Ray Capps, Jr., 62, of Lowell, Ind., died Friday, November 5, 2021, at Franciscan Hospital in Crown Point, Ind. Born January 29, 1959, in Muhlenberg County. He was a truck driver.
Survivors include his daughters, Jessica Capps and Krystal (Nate) Hill; grandchildren Michael Macon and Reya Hill; mother Sarah Capps; brothers Douglas (Mary) Capps and James (Cindy) Capps; and sister Gwyn (Shawn) Clark.
