MADISONVILLE – Julie Angela Wells, 54, of Madisonville, died Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at her residence. Born August 12, 1971 in Muhlenberg County. She worked for Hampton Inn as a Housekeeper. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ricky Fields; and father, Jimmy Wood.
Survivors include her son, Shane Wells; daughter, Juliebeth Wells; six grandchildren; four step-children; brothers, Troy Wood, Brad Wood, Sr., Chad Wood, and Brandon Wood; mother, Margaret Wood; and several nieces and nephews.
