Judy Dean Morgan, who was 81, passed away on May 27, 2026, at Victorious Residential Care in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
She was born on October 16, 1944, in Penrod, Kentucky, to the late Hestel Morgan and Mabel Toomey-Morgan.
Judy was also preceded in death by her three brothers: Texal, Lyndell, and Roger Morgan.
She is survived by her sister Patricia Morgan-Horton and her son, Patrick Lee Carroll-Levesque, along with her two grandchildren, Angel and Iliana Levesque, and her great-grandchild, Angelina Levesque.
The family has asked that there be no service at this time, but they plan to celebrate her life at a later date.
