Judy Arnett Hope, 79, of Madisonville, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2023, at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville. Born December 15, 1943, in Graham, to the late Marie Matheny Arnett and Courtland Arnett. She loved reading and traveling. One of her favorite places to visit was Hilton Head Island, S.C. Judy was a member of Graham Missionary Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for many years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Marvin Arnett.
Survivors include her husband of sixty years David Hope; daughters Rebecca (Shawn) Lanham of Harrodsburg, Ky. and Randa (Michelle) Hope of Dallas, Texas; sister Vivian Poole of Owensboro; brother Michael Arnett of Lexington, Texas; grandchildren Hope Lanham and Henry Lanham of Harrodsburg; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life and burial at Graham Hill Cemetery in Graham, will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home was entrusted with care.
