GREENVILLE – Joyce Ann Williams Dukes, 93, of Greenville, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at Maple Health and Rehabilitation in Greenville. Born February 12,1932 in Muhlenberg County. She was a graduate of Graham High School in 1949, married Charles W. Dukes in 1950 and was a homemaker and a member of the Elkton Road Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, Freddie Bishop and Ruthie Mae Williams; brother, Andrew Williams; sisters, Linnie Putman, Barbara Cornette, Bonnie Cornette, Wanda Johnson; son, Charles Gregory Dukes; daughter-in-law, Sally Dukes; and grandson, Jeffrey Dukes.
Survivors include her daughters, Karen (Bob) Grisnak and Melissa Dukes; grandchildren, John Dukes, Dustin Almon, and Andrew Strange; as well as seven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Lee Cemetery (Bancroft Road) in Greenville. Burial to follow. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com. Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
