CENTRAL CITY – Joyce Ann Offutt, 81, of Central City, died Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 9:05 a.m. at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville. Born November 16, 1942 in Muhlenberg County. She was a member of Mercer Baptist Church and worked for Walmart as a Personnel Manager. She enjoyed taking care of clients at the beauty shop and cooking. She was preceded in death by her parents, Victor, and Lois Eaves; brothers, Bill Eaves and Jeff Eaves; and sisters, Linda Johnson, and Mary Jo Clark.
Survivors include her husband Ronald Offutt Sr.; children, Byron (Brenda) McIntosh, Tina (Rob) Ecker, Sean Staggs, and Ronnie Offutt Jr.; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday, September 9, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Ron Noffsinger officiating, assisted by Bro. Fred Harrison. Burial in Memorial Gardens.
