GREENVILLE – Joseph “Joe” Thomas Noffsinger, 55, of Greenville, died Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at his father’s residence in Greenville. Born June 6, 1966, in Evansville, Ind. He was a dedicated employee of Greenville’s Plastic Products Company where he worked as a warehouse material handler since 2017. Co-workers would say he was always dependable and respectful. Joe loved family traditions, gatherings, and passing out the gifts at Christmas time. His love of science fiction movies started in childhood and continued through his adult life. Joe was a veteran of the United States Army.
Survivors include his father Tommy (Linda) Noffsinger of Greenville; mother Brenda Marrie (Kenneth) Wininger of Central City; brothers Timothy (Tammy) Noffsinger of Beech Creek and Andrew (Jamie) Noffsinger of Greenville; nephews Dakota, Tyler, Jenoah, Jazziah and Randy.
Funeral services will be Monday, November 15, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Alan Harris officiating. Burial with military honors will follow the service in Fairmount Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, November 14, 2021 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
