Jesse Charles Vincent

POWDERLY – Jesse Charles Vincent, age 94, was born September 1, 1930 on Branscom Hill, in the Graham area, to Wheeler and Retha Evitts Vincent. He arrived at his new home on Sunday May 4, 2025 at 12:44 a.m. The home he longed for. He passed away at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville. He was a member and deacon of Second Baptist Church for more than 65 years having served as a Sunday school teacher to 5th and 6th graders for more than 30 years. Jesse worked for ZinsMaster/Wetterau/Super Value for over 38 years.

Jesse coached many young men in Little League and Babe Ruth. His greatest joy was watching his grandchildren/great-grandchildren play baseball, basketball, football, and soccer. In the last few years, he enjoyed hearing of their activities when they visited or called. He loved this family “Big.”
