CENTRAL CITY – Janice Ruth Humphrey Reno, 78, of Central City died Friday, January 14, 2022 at Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation in Greenville. Born July 22, 1943 in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Baptist Church, she had great love for children’s church, and was very involved with her church family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years Davis Reno, and parents Hershel and Irene Humphrey.
Survivors include her daughter, Beth (Allan) Price of Bowling Green; son, David Reno of Central City; grandchild, Jessica Sosh of Central City; brothers, Roger Humphrey of Central City and Jerry (Linda) Humphrey of Greenville; nieces and nephews, Connie, Denise, Todd, and Kirstie.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Scott Casebier officiating. Burial will follow in New Harmony Cemetery.
