CENTRAL CITY – Jane Lee Smith, 82, of Central City, died Thursday, August 31, 2023, at 2:58 a.m. at her residence, with Hosparus Health Hospice. Born March 19, 1941, in Dayton, Ohio, she was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include her children, Cindy (Leroy) Ann Edwards of Houston, Texas, Evelyn (Lynn) Louise King of Central City, Sheila Jane Chaney of Central City, and Joe (Amanda) William Byerly of Chattanooga, Tenn.; eight grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
