BREMEN – Jackie Donald “Don” Perkins, 89, of Bremen, died Monday, February 24, 2025 at Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation in Greenville. Born February 14, 1936 in Muhlenberg County. He was a member of Island Baptist Church and worked in Construction. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Della Mae Perkins; and sister, Anna Rhea Millard.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Delores Perkins; son, Jackie (Patti) Perkins; daughter, Louise (Dale) Henderson; grandchildren, Dr. Jack (Tiffany) Perkins, James (Teresa) Perkins, Jenna (Kaleb) Payton, Audrey (Dan) Shedivy, Whitney (Corey) Henry, and Claire (David) Butler; and great-grandchildren, Ricky, Alissa, Nolan, Jay, Audrey, Lauren, Taylor, Toby, Greta, Emerson, and Colby.
Funeral services are Friday, February 28, 2025 at 2 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Chad Rafferty officiating. Burial in Fairmount Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 12-2 p.m. at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com
