ALLEN, TX – Houston Dakota McKnight Cartwright, 32, of Allen, Texas, died Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 6:41 a.m. in Katy, Texas. Mr. Cartwright. Born January 1, 1991, in Greenville, he was a construction superintendent and a member of Riverside Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Clarence Cartwright, Sr.
Survivors include his father, Clarence “Junior” Cartwright of Belton; mother, Corrine Marchi of Texas; sister, Chloe’e (Stephen) Milner of Allen, Texas; niece, Harlowe Milner of Allen, Texas; brother, Ethan Cartwright (fiancee’ Katelyn Coin) of Bowling Green; and grandmothers, Bonnie Cartwright of Belton and Judith Worth of Calhoun.
Funeral services will be Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Riverside Missionary Baptist Church in Drakesboro, with Bro. Todd Cartwright officiating, assisted by Bro. Greg Brooks. Burial will follow in Mud River Union Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday after 10:00 a.m. at Riverside Missionary Baptist Church. Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
