GREENVILLE – Henry “Grady” Roberts Jr., 77, of Greenville, died Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 3:45 p.m. at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro. Born March 23, 1947, in Cobb Co., Ga. He was a member of Little Mission White Plains Church and retired from working at the Island Creek Coal Co. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Anna Roberts; wife, Regina Roberts; grandson, Brandon Grady-Dewayne Dockery; granddaughter, Allison Ray-Anna Blake; and sons-in-law, Chris Humphreys, and Gerald Legrand.
Survivors include his son, Robbie Roberts; daughters, Tracy Humphreys, Reba Jewell Legrand, Jenniffer (Dewayne) Dockery, Anna Jean Blake, and Tiffany Meray Roberts; 13 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty Kelly, Regina Casebier, Shelia Bailey, Martha Obenchain, and Henry Ellen Rolley; and brother, Alfred Roberts.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 12 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Wally Cobb officiating. Burial followed in Graham Hill Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
