PRINCETON – George Wayne “Pee Diddle” Duncan, 67, of Princeton, formerly of Ky., passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2025. Born August 20, 1957 in Greenville. George married Anita (Evans) Duncan on September 20, 1990. He was an avid sports fan who enjoyed watching wrestling, racing, baseball, and basketball; especially the Kentucky Wildcats and attended church at Turning Point Apostolic Church in Cynthiana. He also loved his cigars and fishing, even though he would not touch the worm. George will be remembered as a good-hearted man who loved big, especially his grandkids. He was loved and will be deeply missed.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Anita Duncan of Princeton; parents, Darrell and Della Garrett; children, Justin Duncan (Victoria) of Evansville, Dustin Duncan (Jennifer Rogers) of Princeton, Bobby Duncan of Muhlenberg County, Amy Smith (Daniel) of Evansville, and Amber Randolph (Michael) of Muhlenberg County; siblings, Velma Wilcox (Jeff) of Muhlenberg County, Lisa Mason (Jim) of Ky. and Christy Shemwell (Jeremy) of Ky.; and a multitude of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Freddy Eugene “Gidget” Duncan, Bobby Duncan, and Vickie Waddell (Billy); maternal grandparents, Earl and Opal Anderson; and aunts and uncles.
The funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 22, 2025 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Pastor James Mullins officiating. Interment will follow at Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
