Gay Nell Dickens

LAFAYETTE, TN – Gay Nell Dickens, 58, of Lafayette, Tenn., died Friday, November 10, 2023, at 5:50 a.m. at her residence.  Born September 17, 1965, in La Porte, Ind.,  she was of the Pentecostal faith. She was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Mary Vick; husband James Dickens, and sister Sandra Phelps.

Survivors include her siblings Shirley Vick, Mary Harper, Troyce Vick, and Mildred Vick; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Bremen, with David Anderson officiating.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Gay Nell Dickens Memorial Fund, c/o Tucker Funeral Home, P.O. Box 548, Central City, KY  42330 or online at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.  Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
