MADISONVILLE – Freddie Lee Moore, 64, of Madisonville, died Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 6:40 p.m. at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville. Born in Chicago, Ill. October 2, 1961. He was a Factory Worker who enjoyed music and sports. The Commanders football team was his favorite team. He loved God and reading his Bible. He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Marilyn Moore; siblings, Darlene Moore, and Michael Moore.
Survivors include his wife, Terry Hardwick Moore; children, Missy Moore, and Michael Moore; three ; two great great-grandchildren and one on the way; and sister, Sandra Garrett.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 12 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Leroy Rearden officiating. Burial in Olive Branch Cemetery.
