GREENVILLE – Emma Louise Walker, 86, of Greenville, died Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 7:21 p.m. at Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation in Greenville. Born in Greenville August 27, 1939 to the late Jim and Emma Lou Taylor. She was a homemaker and a member of Lone Star General Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Winford (Bennie) Walker in 2010.
Survivors. include her daughters, Carolyn Rolley of Greenville, and Connie Lax of Buchanan, Tenn.; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Sunday, November 9, 2025 at 2 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Tony Shanks officiating, assisted by Bro. Arno Kranz. Burial will be in Lone Star Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday after 11 a.m. at the funeral home until time of services.
