FORT MYERS, FL – Eloise Woodson Bennett, 99, of Fort Myers, Fla., formerly of Greenville and Louisville, died Thursday, May 27, 2021, at The Pavilion at Shell Point in Fort Myers, Fla..  Born July 11, 1921.  She was a homemaker, and worked as a secretary for University of Louisville and Jefferson County government offices.  She was of the Methodist faith.  She was preceded in death by her husband, John Bennett.

Survivors include her daughters, Betty Crosier of Louisville, Jane Wenzel of Laurel, Md. and Becky Reilly of Smithtown, N.Y.; grandchildren, Pamela Endly, Kristen Wenzel, Stephen Wenzel, Thomas Reilly, Elizabeth Reilly, and John Reilly; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are private.  Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
