GREENVILLE – Dorothy Mae Jenkins, 97, of Greenville, died Thursday, December 12, 2024 at Riverside Care and Rehabilitation in Calhoun, Ky. Born in Cadiz, Ky. October 2, 1927, the daughter of Fred Boren and Dollie Atkins Boren. She was a member of Sharon General Baptist Church and was a housewife and homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Cluster Jenkins, a daughter Debra Sue Jenkins, four sisters, and one brother.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 15 at 2:00 p.m. at Gary’s Funeral Home in Greenville, with Bro. Brian Lile officiating, assisted by Bro. Darren Pentecost. Burial will follow in Yeargins Chapel Cemetery in Graham.
Survivors include one son, Dennis Jenkins of Greenville; two daughters, Teresa Jenkins Crowe of Greenville and Lori Jenkins Wilson of Greenville; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two step-brothers, Jim Jones and J.W. Jones.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 15 from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral at 2:00 p.m. at Gary’s Funeral Home.
