ERIN, Tenn. – Derrick William Harris, 41, of Erin, Tenn., died Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at 2:15 p.m. at his residence. Born May 17, 1983, in Greenville. He was a handyman, a self-proclaimed “Jack of all trades, master of some.” He enjoyed the outdoors, loved gardening, and tending to his small farm. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Monie Harris; and paternal grandparents, J.W. and Janet Harris.
Survivors include his son, Aiden Harris of Clarksville, Tenn.; parents, Joe Harris of Owensboro and Deborah Lanier of Clarksville, Tenn.; maternal grandmother, Mary Harris of Madisonville; brothers, Travis Lanier, Colin Harris, Tyler Harris, and Eric Montgomery; and sisters, Andrea Stone and Alyssa Montgomery.
