BOWLING GREEN – Delta Faye Settle Felts, 80, of Bowling Green, died peacefully in the Bowling Green Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, after complications from pancreatic and colon cancer, on Monday, November 13, 2023. Born September 23, 1943, in Greenville, to the late Willie and Halliane Settle. She graduated from Greenville High School in 1961 and later attended the University of Louisville.
In addition to her parents she was predceded in death by her sister, Joyce McDonald; her former husband, James Browning Felts; and two infant children, Tracy Settle and Jimmy Felts.
Survivors include her daughter Joyce Todd; sons Rob Felts and Drue Felts; brothers Roger, and Eddy Settle; and a cousin.
A memorial service celebrating Delta Felts’ life will be held Saturday, November 18 at 11:00 a.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with David Anderson officiating. Visitation will start at 9:30 a.m. Burial will immediately follow in Woodland Missionary Baptist Church cemetery, 201 Woodland Road, Greenville, Ky. 42345.
