Deborah Kay Harper

DUNMOR – Deborah Kay Harper, 67 of Dunmor, passed away Sunday, September 14, 2025, at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville.

Born Wednesday, April 9, 1958, the daughter of the late William Raymond Miller and the late Patricia Ann Cottrell Harper. She was the wife of Don Harper of Dunmor, who survives.

She was a seamstress at Red Kap in Lewisburg and was a member of Dunmor Missionary Baptist Church.

Also surviving are daughter, Shelly (Mark) Houchins of Green Cove Springs, Fla.; five sisters, Paula (Charles) Riggs of Louisville, Pamela (Jerry) Moss of Louisville, Lisa Miller of Louisville, Theresa French of Louisville, Charlotte (Steve) DeArmond of Russellville; granddaughter, Carlee (Ben) Sickler of Greenville; two grandsons, Hunter (Bethany) Milligan of Decherd, Tenn., Ivan Houchins of Green Cove Springs, Fla.; two great-granddaughters, Amelia Seiler of Middleburg, Fla., Harper Milligan of Decherd, Tenn.; three great-grandsons, Joseph Milligan of Decherd, Tenn., Orion Milligan of Decherd, Tenn., Joyner Sickler of Greenville.

She was preceded in death by four sisters, Cathy Whitescarver, Linda Kitchens, Vickie Miller, and Bonnie Risen.

The family will receive friends after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at Price Funeral Home, Inc., located at 252 E. Green Street, Lewisburg, KY 42256.
