BROWNSVILLE – Debora Lynn Schammel, 66, of Brownsville, died Thursday, December 28, 2023 at her residence. Born February 16, 1956 in Oakland City, Ind., she was a Retired Lab Tech for Baptist Health in Madisonville. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jack and Jessie Soderling; and father, Bob LeRoy.
Survivors include her son Damon Heltsley; two grandchildren; sister Cynthia DuVall; and mother Janice Soderling.
