DRAKESBORO – Dale Wayne Brown, 74, of Drakesboro, died Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 11:15 a.m. at Signature Healthcare at Hillcrest in Owensboro. Born May 20, 1950 in Providence, Ky. He was of the Baptist faith and retired as a Carpenter. He loved his grandchildren, and spending time outside. He could fix anything with his tools, and was a great provider for his family. He enjoyed the time that he spent with his wife of more than 55 years and all the wonderful memories they created together. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Hattie Brown.
Survivors include his wife, Lottie E. Walker Brown; daughters, Arena McCabe of Valley Park, Mo., and Loretta Brown of Greenville; sons, Anthony Brown of Henderson, and Robert Brown of Drakesboro; sister, Charlotte Hill; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 11a.m. at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home with Dr. Kevin Milburn officiating. Burial is private. Visitation will be Thursday from 9-11a.m. at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
