CENTRAL CITY – Connor Wayne Woodard, age 23, of Central City, died Monday, February 17, 2025 at his residence. Born July 30, 2001 in Daviess County and was of the Baptist Faith. He was a coal miner.
Survivors include his mother, Jennifer Latham; sister – Olivia Snodgrass; grandparents, Irvin Welborn, Sheryl Snodgrass and Calvin and Kay Latham; aunt, Crystal Rhoades.
