Charlotte Ann Noffsinger, 76, of Gallatin, Tenn., formerly of Powderly, KY, died Thursday, October 6, 2022 in Gallatin. Born October 22, 1945 in Powderly, the daughter of Clarence Rice and Hazel Ivy Pendley Rice. She had worked as an automobile title clerk. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 48 years Larry P. Noffsinger in 2012, three brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include her daughter, Stephania Grimm of Gallatin, Tenn.; son, Michael (Courtney) Noffsinger of Hendersonville, Tenn.; two grandchildren; brother, Phillip Rice of Chicago, Ill.
Graveside services were held Sunday, October 9 at 2:00 p.m. at Old Jackson Cemetery in Greenville with Rev. Kevin Rice officiating. Gary’s Funeral Home in Greenville is in charge of arrangements.
