CENTRAL CITY – Charles Michael Turner, 51, of Central City, died Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 9:27 a.m. at the Heartford House in Owensboro. Born February 14, 1974 in Hickman County, Ky. He was a truck driver for Weir Trucking and he loved woodworking, his family, good conversation and sharing his faith with others. He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Gray; sister, Pam Luter; and his grandparents, Bobby and Annie Turner.
Survivors include his loving wife, Kelli Turner; his beloved children, Allison Turner and Austin Turner; his brother, Russel Luter; his sisters, Lisa Luter, Misty Luter, and Terri Gray; and his father, Charles Turner.
