POWDERLY – Chad Lee Penrod, 48, of Powderly died Monday, January 5, 2026 at 5:55 p.m. at his residence. Born in Muhlenberg County May 30, 1977. He worked as a Specialist/Technical Trainer for AMCOR. He enjoyed working, fishing, and playing video games. He adored his son, Ethan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Barry and Shirley Penrod; and brother, Barry Lee Penrod.
Survivors include his son, Ethan Penrod; brother, Justin Penrod; step-mother, Kathy Penrod; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements will be Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 2 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Kevin Rice officiating. Burial in Lee Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 12-2 p.m. at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
