OWENSBORO – Carolyn “Diane” Dearing, 81, of Owensboro, died Saturday, November 23, 2024, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Born April 18, 1943, in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Apollo Heights Baptist Church, and loved sewing, crafting, shopping, and worked at Home Instead Senior Care. She is preceded in death by her parents, Elbert and Margaret Revlett.
Survivors include her daughter, Lisa Rice; son, Glen Dearing; five grandchildren; sister, Delores Wilson; brother, Donald Revlett; niece, Heather Taylor; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Jerry Carter officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Central City. Visitation will be Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
