GREENVILLE – Carl Vernon Scott, 67, of Greenville, died Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 8:50PM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Mr. Scott was born May 8, 1959, in Ohio. He was a retired metal forger at Meretor Suspension Systems. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shelia Ann Scott; parents, Walter and Versie Scott; and aunt, Evelyn Brown.
He is survived by his sons, Carl Allen (Vetta) Scott and Jesse Scott; grandchildren, Jason Scott, Brandon Scott, Olivia Scott, Nathan Scott, and Alexis Scott; sister, Vada Level; and several nieces and nephews.
