BEECHMONT — Brenda Gay Terry Reid, 74, of Beechmont, died Sunday, January 28, 2024, in Beechmont. Born January 25, 1950, in Logan County, West Virginia to Jimmy and Ruby Vinson Terry. She married John David Reid on January 17th, 1967. Brenda was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, sister, and daughter. She was preceded in death by her husband David Reid; parents, Jimmy and Ruby Vinson Terry from Elkton; and her brother, Jerry Terry of Elkton.
Survivors include her daughter Ruby Porter; sons Adam (Amanda) Reid, and John Reid; grandchildren Joseph Porter, Ryan Porter, Kennedy Reid, and Chaplin Reid; great-grandchild Aurora Porter; siblings James Terry of Elkton, Carroll (Paul) Atkins of Trenton, Gwenda (Don) Yoder of Angola, Ind., Tim (Pam) Terry of Elkton, and Henri Edda (Bill) Stratton of Cadiz.
