CENTRAL CITY- Bobby Joe Gregory, 87, of Central City, died Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 11:13 p.m. at Greenville Nursing & Rehabilitation in Greenville. Born August 13, 1937 in Muhlenberg County. He was of the Christian faith, attended Temple Baptist Church, worked as a salesman for Central City Produce and the Keebler Company. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He enjoyed fishing, antique flea markets, car shows, racing, painting, and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patty Ann Tunstill Gregory; parents, Virgil and Marie Gregory; siblings, Terry, Larry, Freddy, Eva and Virginia.
Survivors include his son, Brian Gregory; one grandchild; sisters, Carolyn Griffin and Brenda Gregory and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Sunday, November 3, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Clifford Lovell officiating. Burial followed in Rose Hill Cemetery. Tucker Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
